Richmond Lopp’s energy is a blend of confidence and clarity, the kind that makes you instantly comfortable because you know exactly what you’re getting. There’s no hidden agenda, no surprises – just a man who knows who he is and meets you with that same assurance.
Richmond, known simply as 'Rich,' is relatable in a way that makes you feel like you’ve known him forever. His approach is refreshing in a world of influencers and celebrity - down-to-earth, no BS allowed - the kind that brings to mind the old saying, “Never bullshit a bullshitter.” You can’t put one over on this man, and even trying would only insult yourself.
A manifestation coach with a growing global following, Rich has carved out a space where spirituality meets everyday reality, where conversations about self-belief feel as natural as chatting about the weather. He talks about discipline and accountability, dreams and desires like a modern-day mystic who has lived a thousand lives, and this insight is hard-won, grounded in experience and, most importantly, relatable - which is his calling card and the reason his audience absolutely adore him.
Perhaps that sense of having lived a thousand lives is thanks to his lived experience in this one alone. Before his current success, Rich hit rock bottom and knows firsthand what it feels like to lose everything, even the safety of a roof over his head. He’s open about the period when he was homeless, a time that stripped him bare and demanded he confront who he truly was. It’s this chapter that gives his words such weight. When Rich speaks about creating a new reality, it doesn’t come dressed up in glossy affirmations but from a man who’s walked through some of life’s toughest terrain and found his way back. His resilience is stitched into every part of his coaching career, a reminder that manifestation isn’t a privilege for the chosen few - it’s a lifeline for anyone ready to take ownership of their story.
As a manifestation coach, Rich works with people from all walks of life – entrepreneurs chasing big goals, parents rethinking their family dynamics, and everyday folks who just want to level up or feel more connected to themselves. His sessions are part pep-talk, part energy reading, and part practical action planning. The blend is intentional.
“You can’t have one without the other,” he explains. “Spiritual alignment on its own won’t pay the bills, and hustle without alignment will burn you out. It’s about finding that sweet spot.”
It’s a philosophy that cuts through the fluff often attached to manifestation, and he doesn’t shy away from calling out the misconceptions.
“People often think manifestation is just sitting around wishing for things to fall into your lap,” he says with a laugh. “But it’s not like ordering Uber Eats. It’s about aligning your actions with the energy you’re putting out, and that takes work.”
It’s this raw honesty that sets him apart from the glossy version of manifestation you often see online. Rich talks about energy and vibration, yes, but he’s equally passionate about showing up, putting in the effort, and taking responsibility for your choices. “We’re powerful creators,” he says. “But power without responsibility doesn’t get you anywhere.”

Rich’s journey into this space came after years of wrestling with old belief systems and breaking patterns that no longer served him. He admits it wasn’t instant, and that the process of rewiring his mindset was as challenging as it was liberating. “I had to get really honest with myself. That’s where the magic starts – in the uncomfortable conversations you have in the mirror.”
When I ask him what manifestation looks like in his own life right now, his answer is surprisingly simple.
“It’s peace. That’s the biggest thing I’ve manifested. The more peace I create inside myself, the more everything else lines up – relationships, career, even health. Peace is the foundation for all of it.”
There’s also humour woven through his words. Rich doesn’t take himself too seriously, and it’s easy to see why people connect with him. He’ll happily poke fun at his own missteps and admits that even now, he still has days where doubt creeps in.
“I don’t sit on a mountain and meditate all day,” he jokes. “I’m human like everyone else. But I’ve learned how to catch myself before I spiral, and that’s a practice anyone can learn.”
For those who are no strangers to yoga mats and wellness workshops, Rich’s message feels both familiar and fresh. He’s not selling quick fixes or magic formulas. Instead, he’s inviting people to remember that the power to change their lives is already within them.
“Manifestation isn’t about controlling the universe,” Rich says as we wrap up. “It’s about learning to work with it. When you show up authentically and keep putting one foot in front of the other, doors open you didn’t even know existed. That’s when life gets exciting.”
